Notice of Adopted Changes to the Regulations of the Real Estate Commission
On December 12, 2013, the Real Estate Commission adopted regulation changes in Title 12, Chapter 64 of the Alaska Administrative Code, dealing with real estate errors and omissions insurance. The regulation changes were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Lieutenant Governor on September 10, 2014, and will go into effect on October 10, 2014. See attached copy of the filed version of the regulations.
The new regulation changes will be printed in Register 212, January 2015 of the Alaska Administrative Code.
