Notice of Utility Tariff Filing
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Alaska Pacific Environmental Services Ketchikan, LLC d/b/a Pacific Waste (APES-Ketch) filed tariff revision TA22-656, seeking a permanent rate increase of 7.12 percent, applied to all tariff rates, based on a revenue requirement, cost of service, and rate design study with a 2013 test year. In addition APES-Ketchikan proposes to add once a month service and unscheduled service, and eliminate service every two weeks for standard can service. A sample of the current and proposed rates is as follows:

In conjunction with TA22-656, APES-Ketch filed a request for waiver of the requirements of 3 AAC 48.275(a)(8), 3 AAC 48.275(a)(11), and 3 AAC 48.275(a)(12), requiring pro forma schedules of provision for income taxes, cash working capital, and cost of capital.
