INVITATION TO BID
Sealed bids for Sterling Highway MP 135 – 150 Pavement Preservation, Project Number 0211(062)/56697, will be received until 2:00 p.m., November 21, 2014 in the main conference room at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.
This federally funded project will resurface approximately 15 miles of the Sterling Highway. This preventive maintenance project begins at the Ninilchik River Bridge (MP 135) and ends at the intersection of Sterling Highway and Tall Tree Avenue (MP 150). The project will overlay the existing pavement and will include guardrail, guardrail end treatments, digouts, drainage, signs, and striping.
The Engineer's Estimate is between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000. The Project completion date will be September 15, 2015. The DBE goal forth is project is 3.1%.

Your fax must include your company name, contact name, mailing address, phone and fax number, and whether your company is registering as a General Contractor, Subcontractor or Supplier. You may not change or alter the downloaded bidding forms in any way. Electronic bids will not be accepted.
