Notice of Utility Tariff Filings
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA(Commission) gives notice that on September 30, 2014, ACS of Alaska, LLC, ACSof Anchorage, LLC, ACS of Fairbanks, LLC and ACS of the Northland, LLC collectivelyd/b/a Alaska Communications Systems, Alaska Communications, ACS Local Serviceand ACS (collectively “ACS”) filed tariff advice filings TA192-251, TA537-120,TA133-117 and TA173-359, respectively. In accordance with 47 § C.F.R.51.907(d), ACS is proposing to introduce end office direct trunk port andcommon trunk port service, and reduce some of its terminating local switchingrates. The proposed effective date for these tariff filings is November 14,2014.
This notice may not contain allrequested revisions and the Commission may approve a rate or classification,which varies from that proposed.
