NORDAQ ENERGY, INC. TULIMANIQ #1 PLAN OF OPERATIONS
2014-2015 NORTH SLOPE EXPLORATORY DRILLING

The Alaska Department of Natural Resources, Division of Oil and Gas (DO&G), has received a lease plan of operations permit application for a single offshore oil and gas exploration well (LONS 13-006) from NordAq Energy, Inc. (NordAq, Mike Miller, 3000 A Street, Suite 410, Anchorage, AK 99503, 907-646-9315). DO&G is providing public notice and an opportunity to comment under 38.05.035(e)(1)(C)(ii).

The proposed well is located in: Section 16, Township 17 North, Range 09 West of the Umiat Meridian.

NordAq has requested to drill a single offshore oil and gas exploration well near the delta of the Ikpikpuk River in the southern extent of Smith Bay on the North Slope, Alaska. Drilling will occur on ADL 392275 utilizing ice roads and ice pads. Surface ownership throughout the project area is a mix of State of Alaska, Bureau of Land Management, and Kuukpik Corporation land. The application meets all of the requirements of 11 AAC 83.346.
