2014 Remote Recreational Cabin Sites offering
Alaska residents – Apply to stake a parcel of state land!
This year’s offerings are in Southwest Alaska and the Interior. The five staking areas are East Fork Pass, on the Nome-Council Road, Tatalina II on the Elliott Highway, Half Cabin Lake near the Mulchatna River, Snake Lake outside of Dillingham, and Dillinger River II, along the South Fork of the Kuskokwim River.
The brochure with details will be available by October 6, 2014 at http://landsales.alaska.gov and from DNR’s Public Information Centers in Anchorage and Fairbanks as well as other distribution points statewide. To request a copy of the brochure, call 907-269-8400 or email dnr.rrcs@alaska.gov.
Application period: October 6-November 25, 2014—Fee: $25.00
Drawing: December 11, 2014.
Attendance at the drawing is not required and will not affect the outcome.
