NOTICE OF MEETING
ALASKA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION
BOARD OF DIRECTORS - REGULAR MEETING

THE AHFC BOARD OF DIRECTORS will meet at 8:30 a.m. on September 24, 2014 at the Goldbelt Hotel at 51 Egan Drive, Juneau, AK 99801.

THE AGENDA will include: A. An update report from the Resident Advisory Board to the AHFC Board of Directors; B. Final re-adoption of amendments to 15 AAC 150.300 – 15 AAC 150.380 PROCUREMENT to update Procurement Regulations; C. Any other matters to properly come before the board.

ONE OR MORE BOARD MEMBERS may participate in the meeting by conference call pursuant to as 18.56.040(b).

THE PUBLIC is invited to participate by teleconference from the following locations: the Alaska Housing Finance Corporation (“AHFC”), 4300 Boniface Parkway, Anchorage, AK; and the Legislative Information Office, 1292 Sadler Way, Suite 308, Fairbanks, AK; or call 330-8452 for the access number. Pertinent reference materials, if used, will be made available to those members of the public who wish to participate in the meeting.

AHFC COMPLIES with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 and the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.
