PUBLIC NOTICE
REGARDING DISPOSAL OF MUNICIPAL TRUST LAND IN MINTO, ALASKA
BY THE MUNICIPAL LANDS TRUSTEE
On September 3, 2014 the Minto Village Council adopted a resolution requesting the Commissioner of the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development, acting as trustee for a future city in Minto, Alaska, in accordance with AS 44.33.755(b), enter into a lease with the Minto Village Council for the following described land:
The surface estate of Lot 17 Block 5 of the IRA Traditional Village Development in Minto plat recorded in the Manley Hot Springs Recording District on May 20, 1982 as plat no. 82-2, located in Section 27, Township 4 North, Range 9 West, Fairbanks Meridian, being situated in the Native village of Minto, Alaska, containing 0.46 acres more or less.
In accordance with 3 AAC 190.430 and .440 the Municipal Land Trust Officer, acting on behalf of the Commissioner of the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development, approves the disposal of a lease for the parcel described above to the Minto Village Council.
This notice is being posted and published in accordance with the requirements of 3 AAC 190.420 and .910. This approval becomes final upon the expiration of 30 days following the publication of this notice, or after 30 days of continuous posting of this notice, whichever is later.
