Corrected Notice of
Utility Application to Transfer Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity
On
August 11, 2014, the REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) issued a
public notice regarding the jointly filed application by GCI Cable, Inc. (GCICI)
and Supervision, Inc. (Supervision) to transfer Certificate of Public
Convenience and Necessity No. 378; authorizing cable television service in Ruby,
Tanana, and Whittier, Alaska from Supervision to GCICI. Docket U-14-101 was
opened to address this matter.
In
that notice the Commission set the comment deadline of September 1, 2014, a holiday
when the Commission offices are closed. With this corrected notice, we revise that
deadline to the Commission’s next business day, September 2, 2014.
