NOTICE OF PROPOSED INTERAGENCY LAND MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT
ADL 26570, National Guard Armory - Ketchikan, Alaska
In accordance with AS 38.05.027, the Division of Mining, Land and Water proposes re-issuance of an expired Interagency Land Management Agreement (ILMA) to the Alaska Department of Military and Veterans Affairs in Ketchikan. The ILMA would re-authorize the use of approximately 3.056 acres of State land as a site for the Ketchikan National Guard Armory, within Lot 1A of ASLS No. 83-148, subdivision of Lot 1 USS 1079, Section 23, T. 75 S., R. 90 E., CRM.
The public is invited to comment on the proposed action. Copies of the application, environmental risk questionnaire, spill prevention plan, and site diagrams are available from Theodore Deats, Division of Mining, Land and Water, 400 Willoughby Ave., P.O. Box 111020, Juneau, AK 99811-1020, at (907) 465-3462, or at email address theodore.deats@alaska.gov. All written comments will be considered and must be received at the above mailing or email address or by fax at (907) 465-3886 on or before September 30, 2014 in order to ensure consideration prior to the final action.
