The State of Alaska, Health and Social Services seeks to procure a contractor to develop and operate web-based software application for hosting the Alaska Birth Defects Registry (ABDR).
Issue Date: August 1, 2014
Deadline for receipt of proposals: August 22, 2014 at 4:00 p.m., Alaska Prevailing Time. Faxed or oral proposals are not acceptable. An offeror's failure to submit a proposal prior to the deadline will cause the proposal to be disqualified. Late proposals or amendments will not be opened or accepted for evaluation.
