The State of Alaska, Health and Social Services, Division of Public Assistance (DPA) is seeking a contractor to quickly verify a clients/applicants current employment and income verification

Issue Date:  July 30, 2014

Deadline for receipt of proposals:  August 20, 2014 at 4:00 p.m., Alaska Prevailing Time.  Faxed or oral proposals are not acceptable.  An offeror's failure to submit a proposal prior to the deadline will cause the proposal to be disqualified.  Late proposals or amendments will not be opened or accepted for evaluation.
