NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Innovative Term Agreement for Land Surveying and Mapping Services
RFP Number 02552008

The Contracting Agency intends to award three (3) to five (5) Term Agreements to provide required surveying and mapping services with actual project assignments rotating among the Contractors. Required services will include the following:  research records of surveys applicable to the requirements of assigned projects; perform all field and office services necessary to collect surveying data; reduce collected data to a form useful for design, land status and land acquisition; recover existing and set new centerline monumentation; and perform right-of-way and/or airport mapping, and aeronautical surveys.

A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package.  Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is two (2) years, approximately September 2014–September 2016, with renewal options for three (3) one-year extensions, and additional years as needed to complete any prior authorized services.

The Request for Proposals (RFP) Package will be available July 29, 2014 and may be obtained in person from the DOT&PF Plans Room at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska before 4:00 pm. Persons residing outside the Municipality of Anchorage may obtain an RFP Package through the mail by telephoning (907) 269-0408.

Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms.  Submittals must be received no later than 4:00 PM on August 19, 2014 prevailing time.
