Responses, one (1) original and [Delete -four (4)] and REPLACE with Three (3) copies along with one (1) electronic copy in PDF or MS Word format on a CD or USB drive, must be physically received at the issuing office no later than 2:00 p.m. local time on August 26, 2014.  The issuing office reserves the right to reject any and all proposals received as a result of this solicitation.
