Public Utility Easement
ENSTAR Natural Gas Company, Inc.

Subject to Alaska Statute 38.05.850, the Department of Natural Resources, Division of Mining, Land and Water (DMLW), Southcentral Region Office (SCRO) is reviewing an application for an amendment to a public utility easement from ENSTAR Natural Gas Company, Inc. for a pipeline to provide natural gas service to the Division of Agriculture’s Plant Materials Center within Section 34, Township 17 North, Range 2 East, Seward Meridian. The proposed easement is approximately 630 feet long and 30 feet wide, occupying approximately 0.43 acres of State-owned land.
Members of the public are invited to comment on this proposal. The DMLW must receive written comments no later than 5 PM on August 25, 2014. In order to be given full consideration, all comments should clearly explain the facts on which they are based and how they pertain to the proposed action.
