The Alaska Railroad Corporation (“ARRC”) is soliciting bids from interested parties to supply

shelters for owner furnished solid oxide fuel cells. Interested parties are invited to submit a bid to

provide said services to ARRC. Bids must be submitted on the bid forms contained herein and must

be mailed or delivered to the above address. Bids received via facsimile transmission will be

considered non-responsive. The bid shall be in a sealed envelope with the bid number 14-31-

202476 clearly printed on the face of the envelope. Bids must be complete and in U.S. dollars. See

instructions and conditions enclosed herein.

Specific Terms & Conditions: First Article Inspection (FAI) is required prior to the first delivery

of the product baseline configuration. Alaska Railroad Corporation (ARRC) shall review the FAI

during the source inspection of the first production unit. Partial and/or re-accomplishment of

the FAI shall be required as per specification. ARRC reserves the right to perform some or all

aspects of the FAI activities at the supplier’s or ARRC’s facilities. ARRC disclaims responsibility

for matter delivered prior to first article approval.
