Sealed bids for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and performing all work on Project No. AIP 3-02-0026-__-2014/63986, described herein, will be received until 2:00 p.m. prevailing time, August 12, 2014, in the Office of the Contracts Engineer, Engineering Services Building, Room 3, 2301 Peger Road, Fairbanks, Alaska.

Engineer's Estimate is between $2,500,000 and $5,000,000.

The project completion date is December 31, 2015.
