Please note that the Alaska
Industrial Development and Export Authority (AIDEA) and the Alaska Energy
Authority (AEA) will hold a Board meeting beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, April

adjournment. Immediately upon recess or adjournment the Board will convene as AIDEA
and continue in session until recess or adjournment.
