The
Alaska Gasline Development Corporation (“AGDC”), BOARD OF DIRECTORS will meet on
February 10, 2014 at Alaska Housing
Finance Corporation, 4300 Boniface Parkway, Anchorage, AK. The meeting will convene at 9:00 am.

THE
AGENDA will include any matters that may properly come before the Board.
ONE OR MORE AGDC BOARD MEMBERS
may participate in the meetings by utilizing telephonic communications
(conference telephone) pursuant to AS 31.25.030(b).
THE
PUBLIC is invited to participate by teleconference from the following

Fairbanks, AK and Conference Room A, 333 Willoughby, 9th Floor,

Pertinent reference materials, if used, will be made available to those members
of the public who wish to participate in the meeting.
The
public may attend in person in Anchorage at the AHFC Office 4300 Boniface
Parkway in Anchorage, AK.
