                                                      NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL 

Statewide DOT&PF M&O Stations Design Services

RFP Number 02542011

The State Department of Transportation and Public Facilities requires a multi-disciplined architectural and engineering design team for planning, design, and construction related services for four facilities located in Northway, Delta, Palmer, and Haines.  This project is multi-year and multi-phase and the Department desires one team to perform these services.    Services may include:  Environmental, Site Assessment, Site Selection, Geotechnical Evaluation, Architectural, Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical. Initial services will include site evaluation and planning.  Amendments are anticipated for design services under this agreement.

A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package.  Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately December 2013 through December 2018.

The Request for Proposals (RFP) Package will be available October 30, 2013 and may be obtained in person from the DOT&PF Plans Room at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska before 4:00 pm. Persons residing outside the Municipality of Anchorage may obtain an RFP Package through the mail by telephoning (907) 269-0408.

Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms.  Submittals must be received no later than 4:00 PM on November 20, 2013 prevailing time.
