Notice of Public Informational Meeting Concerning
the Petition to the Local Boundary Commission
to Incorporate Edna Bay as a Second Class City
Local Boundary Commission (LBC) staff, part of the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development, Division of Community and Regional Affairs, will hold a public informational meeting per 3 AAC 110.520 regarding the petition to incorporate Edna Bay as a second class city. The meeting will occur at the following location, date, and time:

October 10, 2013 at 6:00 pm
The meeting will provide an opportunity for community members to hear about city incorporation standards, to ask questions about the petition and the petition process, and for LBC staff to hear from local residents.
This public informational meeting is not a public hearing. Written comments may be submitted to the staff at the meeting. Any verbal public comment to be considered by the LBC as part of the public record should be presented at the future LBC public hearing.
