The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to permit Lot 2, Block 600, consisting of approximately 16,171 square feet (ADA-08947 successive permit to ADA-08548), at Homer Airport for 5 years.  Applicant:  Mark Munro.  Authorized uses:  Aviation - Operation and maintenance of a small office building for the purpose of conducting a commercial aviation business including a floatplane dock and vehicle parking.  The floatplane parking dock shall provide a temporary tie down space for at least one transient float plane.  Annual rent:  $1,989.03.

Competing applications or written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m., September 26, 2013, after which the Department will determine whether or not to execute the permit.  Only a person who submits written comment or objection, or a competing application, to the Department at the address and by the date and time specified in this notice and includes a return address, is entitled to have notice of the Department’s decision sent to that address.
