The Department of Health and Social Services, Finance and Management Services -- Procurement Office is soliciting for qualified vendors to provide a term contract to provide an Automated Email Subscription Management System for the Department of Health and Social Services, Public Information Team.
Sealed bids must be submitted to the Department of Health and Social Services, Finance and Management Services – Procurement Office from which they were issued and must be time and date stamped by the procurement office prior to 2:30 PM Alaska Time on June 19, 2013, at which time they will be publicly opened.
