Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (ANC) announces the fourth meeting of the Study Input Committee. The meeting will be held on Tuesday, August 20, 2013 from 1:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. at the ANC Airfield Maintenance Facility Training Room located at 5740 DeHavilland Ave, Anchorage, AK 99502.
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss potential alternatives to examine in the Part 150 Study. The meeting will start to identify the range of noise reduction and abatement measures that are required to be considered and also committee members’ suggestions that have the potential to address specific noise issues. The meeting will review the roles and responsibilities of the various parties in noise abatement planning and implementation. The public is welcome to observe the meeting, and if time allows, provide comments at the end of the meeting.
