The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to lease Lot 7, Block 8 consisting of approximately 17,217 square feet (ADA-08922 successive lease to ADA-07455), at the Talkeetna Airport for 3 years, to expire on December 26, 2015.  Applicant: ETTC Management Corporation.  Authorized uses: Non- Aviation – Operation and maintenance of a building for use as an Airport Visitors Center; coffeehouse with a limited food service operation, retail sales customer and employee parking.   Annual rent: $1,618.40.

This is an application filed under AS 02.15.090(c), which allows the Department to grant the proposed successive lease without competition.  Written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m., June 18, 2013, after which the Department will determine whether or not to execute the successive lease.  Only a person who submits written comment or objection, to the Department at the address and by the date and time specified in this notice and includes a return address, is entitled to have notice of the Department’s decision sent to that address.
