INVITATION TO BID
Sealed bids for King Salmon ADF&G Office Building and Bunkhouse Roof Replacement, Project Number 81169, will be received until 2:00 p.m., June 5, 2013 in the main conference room at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.
This state funded project includes roof demolition and new construction of the Alaska Department of Fish and Game’s office Building (approx. 4,800 square feet roof area) and Bunkhouse (approx. 5,300 square feet roof area) at King Salmon, Alaska. The work involves removing the insulated built-up roof (BUR) membrane system on both buildings down to the plywood decking and replacing with a new insulated metal roof system. Other roof items include demolishing/revising the exterior parapet, roof drains, VTRs, boiler stacks, exhaust fan, antenna and cables, and satellite dish. This project also includes installation of new canopy roofs over main entrance of the Office building.
The Engineer's Estimate is between $500,000 and $1,000,000 The Project substantial completion date will be September 30, 2013.

Your fax must include your company name, contact name, mailing address, phone & fax number, and whether you are registering as a General, Subcontractor, or Supplier. You may not change or alter the downloaded bidding forms in any way. Electronic bids will not be accepted.
Bidding documents may also be viewed at the DOT&PF offices in Anchorage, Fairbanks, and Juneau and obtained for $50.00 from the Central Region Plans Room, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska before 4:30 p.m., (907) 269-0408.
