On January 22, 2013, the Board of Marine Pilots adopted regulation changes in Title 12, Chapter 56 of the Alaska Administrative Code, dealing with regional requirements for deputy marine pilot license.
The regulation changes were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Lieutenant Governor on May 2, 2013, and will go into effect on June 1, 2013. See attached copy of the filed version of the regulations.
The new regulation changes will be printed in Register 206, July 2013 of the Alaska Administrative Code.
