Notice of adopted changes to the regulations of the Department of Fish and Game regarding private nonprofit salmon hatchery permit application procedures.

On April 3, 2013, the Department of Fish and Game adopted regulation changes in Title 5 of the Alaska Administrative Code, dealing with the management feasibility analysis required of the department as part of private nonprofit salmon hatcheries permit application procedures for a proposed salmon hatchery. 

The regulation changes were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, filed by the Lieutenant Governor on May 2, 2013, and will go into effect on June 1, 2013.  The new regulation changes will be printed in Register 206, July 2013 of the Alaska Administrative Code.
