The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to lease ADA-08883, Lot 12, Block 200, consisting of approximately 26,000 square feet, at the Iliamna Airport for 25 years.  Applicant:  Baptist Mid-Missions.  Authorized uses: Aviation - The construction and maintenance of a hangar for aircraft storage and maintenance.  Annual rent: $1,846.00.

Competing applications or written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m., May 22, 2013, after which the Department will determine whether or not to execute the lease.  Only a person who submits written comment or objection, or a competing application, to the Department at the address and by the date and time specified in this notice and includes a return address, is entitled to have notice of the Department’s decision sent to that address.
