The Department of Health and Social Services adopted regulations dealing with crib standards and updating terminology for child care facilities with new federal guidelines. The regulations were filed
by the Lt. Governor and are effective on 4/4/2013. The regulations will appear
in Register 206, July 2013 of the Alaska Administrative Code.
The changes deal with child care facilities and crib standards. The changes include revisions to 7 AAC 10 and 7 AAC 57.
