Through this Request for Proposals (RFP), the Department of Administration,
Division of Finance is soliciting proposals to implement a comprehensive,
integrated, browser-based Time and Attendance Solution to replace existing
manual and automated processes for time and attendance. Interested parties are
encouraged to register with the procurement via the email address above.



Included in the RFP is a reference to the State’s Security Policy. Potential
offerors who want to review these policies before submitting a proposal must
sign and return a nondisclosure agreement (Attachment G) via email to the
procurement officer and request a user ID and password that will enable access
to information. All information accessed using this user ID must be treated as
confidential.



A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for 9:00 A.M., Alaska Time, on April 22,
2008.



The deadline for receipt of proposals is 1:30 P.M., Alaska Time, May 22, 2008.

Amendment One is being issued on May 1, 2008, to notify potential offerors that
the State is working on responses to the questions raised before, during, and
after the pre-proposal conference. To adequately address the questions,
additional time is required. Therefore, this amendment serves notice that the
deadline for receipt of proposals will be extended by at least two weeks, now
projected for 1:30pm, Alaska Time, on June 15, 2008.

Amendment Two is issued on May 22, 2008 and answers the majority of questions
asked to date, clarify elements of the RFP, and extends the deadline for
receipt of proposals to 1:30 PM, Alaska Time, on July 14, 2008. Potential
Offerors are advised that another amendment will be issued in the near future
that answers the remaining questions and publishes the System Demonstration
Scripts.

Amendment #3 is issued on June 20, 2008 and provides the requested documents in
Word format. Please see Amendment #3 for complete details.

Amendment #4 is issued June 30, 2008 and answers additional questions. Please
see the associated documents for further details.

Amendment #5 is issued July 14, 2008 and extends the deadline for receipt of
proposals to 1:30pm, Alaska Time, on July 16, 2008. All other terms and
conditions apply.

Amendment Six is issued July 14, 2008 and corrects the deadline for receipt of
proposals listed in Amendment 5.
